I tried Response Insurance for two years on two automobiles I owned. Paid my premiums on time and on the second renewal, was shocked when my rates increased by over 40%. I called and was told that they had to make up losses they suffered in the stock market so rates were going up. I chose to let the policy lapse and did not renew when they sent the bill. Did not hear from them again other than another reminder to pay my bill. About 4 months later I started getting calls and bills from a collection agency for unpaid premiums. I told them my obligations with them ended when the policy expired. They seem to think differently and now I am trying to fight them off. I have yet been provided with any documentation which substantiates their claim. I refuse to pay them and would advise you stay away from Response/Warner Insurance.. |

Slow, Had a claim on December 15 and it is now January 23 and still waiting a check. THey are hard to get to return your telephone calls. Sorry to say the slowest of service.. |

I was injured by an individual insured w response, it has been more than a week a they still have not responded to my claim. When I contacted them and finally got the adjuster, she acted as if she had no clue and claims she still had not contacted their insured. I contacted my company encompass, on friday at 2:40 pm, they got back to by 4:20. Response is one of the most unresponsive companies to deal with.. |

These people do have some strange policies. I called about a rate quote that was sent to me and we were just about to seal the deal when she asked if there were any other drivers, I stated that my mom sometimes drives the car, but because she doesn't live with me, the girl stated she would have to get special approval for such a thing, and when she came back she stated she was still working on it, as they usually don't insure people under "these circumstances" making it sound as if I were odd because someone else occasionally drives my car??? Not switching to them.. |

This company indeed has some strange policies! I was told that I cannot be insured by
them because I own two vehicles (My regular car and a work truck) and I am single.
I was told they will not insure more vehicles than there are drivers.
If the other complaints are true, You should make sure all of their policies are clear
and understood before you sign up with this company.. |
