I was injured by an individual insured w response, it has been more than a week a they still have not responded to my claim. When I contacted them and finally got the adjuster, she acted as if she had no clue and claims she still had not contacted their insured. These people do have some strange policies. I called about a rate quote that was sent to me and we were just about to seal the deal when she asked if there were any other drivers, I stated that my mom sometimes drives the car, but because she doesn't live with me, the girl stated she would have to get special approval for such a thing, and when she came back she stated she was still working on it, as they usually don't insure people under "these circumstances" making it sound as if I were odd because someone else occasionally drives my car??? Not switching to them..

This company indeed has some strange policies! I was told that I cannot be insured by them because I own two vehicles (My regular car and a work truck) and I am single. I was told they will not insure more vehicles than there are drivers.
